A Volley of Violence is an upcoming action short film about a former contract killer who spends his days at a country club lounging by the pool and playing tennis. During an intense amateur tournament final match, the ex-hitman is ambushed by a group of assassins and must fight his way through the club to survive.
KR MOONEY
is a writer and director from Tucson, Arizona. He fell in love with cinema at a young age and has been shooting and editing videos since he was eight, dreaming of directing feature films. KR will be graduating in the Spring of 2022.
GABE CHAPMAN
is a producer from Tucson, Arizona. He wasted no time after arriving at Arizona State, working on the crews of several successful capstone films as a freshman and has been continuing to work ever since. With years of on-set experience under his belt, he hopes to work in the industry in Hollywood after he graduates from ASU in the spring of 2022.
ANZE SU
is a director of photography from Shanghai, China. As a seasoned cinematographer, he's been shooting commercial video since he was 17 years old and is the proud owner of a production company based in Shanghai. Anze will be graduating in the Spring of 2022.
JUSTIN JAMES
is an editor from Phoenix, Arizona. He's an editor at heart but has love and appreciation for cinematography. He specializes in concert videography and hopes to one day go on tour. Justin will be graduating in the Spring of 2022.
is a producer from Grand Blanc, Michigan. Since moving to the west coast in 2018, Nick has been freelancing all over Arizona and California while also making travel documentaries in places like Australia, China, and Haiti as a DP.
NICK PRICE
is a 1st Assistant Director from Lake Havasu, Arizona. She is a first-generation Latina college student and is a passionate storyteller and filmmaker. Nurya will be graduating in the spring of 2022.
NURYA IBARRA
is a stunt coordinator from Seattle, Washington. At Arizona State, she's had the opportunity to choreograph several student films and plans to direct in the coming years. Sidney will be graduating in 2024.
SIDNEY KOLINKSI
is a producer from Bend, Oregon. After 20 years in law enforcement, Bill has set his sights on Hollywood with no intention of missing his target. Bill will be the armorer on set, keeping track and constantly checking our prop weapons for safety.
BILL POOLE
is a gaffer from Buffalo, New York. His journey to becoming a gaffer took him through several seasons of life before moving to Arizona in 2017 to pursue full-time videography, where he realized his talent with lights while filming weddings.
